I definitely prefer this tea than just the blue lotus flower. I love the calming peaceful feeling half an hour after drinking it. I usually watch movie and have this tea, I find myself zoning in but in a nice way. I keep worrying if I run out of this tea 😆
I've always been quite a heavy drinker, and about eight weeks ago my missus and me ( she's not a drinker at all ) decided to do a big health kick. So I quit drinking, and I now have a couple of these at the weekend, and I find it really nice. Went to a 40th last night and didn't miss the beers at all, but the thing no one tells you is how great you sleep. I've honestly never slept as well as I do after a few mixed drinks of the elixir. It's a game changer.
