Refund policy

We have a 14 - day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We understand that everyone’s body and experience is different. However, as our products are ingestible and/or personal care items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a product has been opened, used, or if you decide it is not right for you.

Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return or refund. Customer is responsible for returning costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscription Terms & Refunds

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum of 2 recurring orders before cancellation.

You are free to skip, swap, or reschedule your upcoming orders at any time through your account. This allows flexibility while still receiving your products when it suits you.

Our subscriptions include a 15% discount, which is applied in exchange for this ongoing commitment.

Please note:

  • Cancellations are only available after the second order has been processed
  • Refunds are not available for subscription orders already processed
  • If you no longer wish to continue, you may cancel your subscription after your second delivery
