Shipping policy

New Zealand:

We offer Free standard shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $99 NZD.

Urban Areas: For orders under $99 NZD, a flat shipping fee of $6 NZD applies for urban areas.
Rural Shipping: For orders under $99 NZD, a flat shipping fee of $9.9 NZD applies for rural areas.

Processing time: We aim to process all orders within one business day.
Shipping time: We use overnight curriers, delivering next day in urban areas. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for rural areas.

International:

We offer International shipping to Australia, USA, Europe, Canada and Uk.  Please note that shipping costs do not include any local taxes or duty fees.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are determined by your local government and may apply when importing your goods with customs.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Kiss The Earth in order to receive a refund. Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.

Customs, duties and import restrictions: Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any delays, seizures or returns resulting from customs procedures. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or additional charges caused by customs processing, or for packages held, returned or destroyed by customs authorities. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist the customer with customs clearance by providing any shipping, commercial, packing, invoice, certificate of origin, or other documentation we have in our possession upon request; however, customers remain solely responsible for duties, taxes, import permits, and any additional documentation required by the destination country.
