We offer Free standard shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $99 NZD.

Urban Areas: For orders under $99 NZD, a flat shipping fee of $6 NZD applies for urban areas.

Processing time: We aim to process all orders within one business day.
Shipping time: We use overnight curriers, delivering next day in urban areas. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for rural areas.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Kiss The Earth in order to receive a refund.

We will happily accept returns on all full priced items for any reason within 14 days of receiving. All items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened.

Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return or refund. Customer is responsible for retuning costs.

If you change your mind about the items you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your item(s) purchased may be eligible for a refund or under the following conditions:

• Products must of been purchased from www.kisstheearth.nz. If purchased from our wholesalers you will have to contact them directly.
• Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
• Products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
• Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.
• Kiss The Earth may reserve the right to deny a refund on product that has been used, due to hygiene reasons.
