Wow! A must have in your beauty kit. I don't wear any make up other than mascara and a little eyebrow setting gel. I ALWAYS apply this morning, night and when I head out and it gives my mood an uplift and my skin a glow. It smells divine, goes on smoothly and feels so soft and luxurious. I must admit the first time I used this I wondered if it was going to make a difference. I now use to before bed and I sleep so much better and I dream more. As an autistic person, the thoughts of a busy, social day can cause immediate overwhelm, and I have found a dose at the start of the day helps set a pretty calm tone and reduces the anxiety. I will definitely be getting more when the bottle is finished.
