This has been an excellent product helping me to focus during the day and calm after work supporting me to relax making it easier to shut my busy brain into a better sleep pattern. Yes im an adhder not wanting to be medicated, I have found this product to be a 10 out 10 and will be a continuous consumer.

I take it every morning and night, and sometimes before situations where I know I am going to have a challenging or stressful day. It helps me feel calmer, more balanced and better able to cope. I also feel that it supports my spiritual practice and helps me open and connect to my crown chakra bringing a sense of clarity, peace and connection.

I feel this combination works great for me and take every day. I do mix in with my morning drink (empty the capsules)
