Surprisingly a pleasant blend of herbs, not too harsh or too much of an overwhelming taste of flowers. Definitely calms the mind and I personally have a high tolerance for things being effective or noticeable in calming/clearing my headspace. Swap this in place of tobacco - your body will thank you! Would definitely aid in quitting harmful tobacco. Would recommend and buy again. Also communication was great and shipping a hassle free process...
A ritual that transcends meditation - a "me-moment" pause, a reminder to breathe, a small but precious tool I can access when I need to calm the wild of the world (I carry it everywhere in my handbag), and the most gorgeous, all-natural perfume - I roll it onto my wrists, across my heart, along my collarbones and even along my jawline - with a dab under my nose at bedtime to facilitate a deeper, more restful sleep. I get comments on the scent all the time - usually when I wear it to yoga. My little staffy pup, Blue Bear is also intrigued by the smell - this oil has a magnetic energy, that's for sure.
