2 weeks in, feeling way more alert and energized! Had been feeling lack lustre for months despite being a reasonably energetic person, and was considering going back to anti depressants! Had already been taking the tincture which helped with anxiety but find using both has given me a happy medium with a zest for life again....on a price comparison I'd rather pay a bit more than rely on pharmaceutical products with side affects like withdrawals!!
Watch this space. Im hopeful for a continued state of calm and healthier outlook.
On my 2nd bottle, definitely helps calm and reduce stress, use it daily! No its not an hallucinating product, but definitely chills you out. Sometimes I'll take first thing before starting my day or at the other end just to relax. Will be reordering!

It's day one okay. By the way I ordered yesterday. Super fast delivery. Okay I'm a mum of 6 raise 2 grandchildren my youngest is 8, mokos are 8 and 9 and two teens left at home. I'm a learning assistant at a school of nearly 600. I happen to have had a rough weekend, teen tings... I took Monday off for mental health purposes. I just had my first dose and the sensation was instant. Like a woah kinda feeling.
I have entered into a 111 new beginnings phase or at least that's the intention I need now. I'm done drinking a lot, eating wrong. I find no joy in it. I miss meditating and my crystals. My sage plants neglected! I need to flip the script. I lost my mum in April and being at peace throughout her diagnosis and leaving us I've realized I'm actually grieving and I know shes at peace but i miss her! And I'm worn out pretending to be strong. But this ain't strength its withdrawn withered and torn, tired wired and heading into a dark place.
Blue lotus, meditation, Journaling, creative family time and me time will help me be a version of myself ill love again. And laugh more and feel joy again.
So, as long as I know what I need to do to improve I'll succeed.
