This has been incredibly helpful for me.It tastes really nice and sweet, making it easy to take everyday. Since using it my sleep has been noticeably better and I feel much more relaxed overall.
I take it every morning and night, and sometimes before situations where I know I am going to have a challenging or stressful day. It helps me feel calmer, more balanced and better able to cope.
