A body love ritual has never smelled so good!
A ritual that transcends meditation - a "me-moment" pause, a reminder to breathe, a small but precious tool I can access when I need to calm the wild of the world (I carry it everywhere in my handbag), and the most gorgeous, all-natural perfume - I roll it onto my wrists, across my heart, along my collarbones and even along my jawline - with a dab under my nose at bedtime to facilitate a deeper, more restful sleep. Prioritising Peace
I find it difficult to turn off my busy bee brain after a busy bee day, and I know I'm not the only one.
