Surprisingly a pleasant blend of herbs, not too harsh or too much of an overwhelming taste of flowers. Definitely calms the mind and I personally have a high tolerance for things being effective or noticeable in calming/clearing my headspace. Swap this in place of tobacco - your body will thank you! Would definitely aid in quitting harmful tobacco. Would recommend and buy again. Also communication was great and shipping a hassle free process...
